NEW RECORD! NEW RECORD!

I am very happy!!!
I spent less energy and archive even better time :)))))))
I am really happy man, only 272Kcal! Thats BIG for me!!!

Finally I tried the same track as before and since I know it so well I thing that explains the 100m more efficient in distance! Maybe it was just 50m but my Computer measures only in 100m Units, so I can never be accurate on that. But that is not the big thing...
I think I did a very well management of my energy: gears and cadence. By using a higher cadence it lowers HR, therefore energy. The problem with high cadence is dealing with it and the gears. Always keeping a eye on the HR and trying to to squeeze the last beat of your heart (up to 79%HRmax) as much as possible! Actually I was only 57s above 82%HRmax, which is a very good performance!
The overall sensation is a "much easy exercise". The constant HR is very good for the breath creating an unconscious good rhythm, which gives time to relax other non-needed muscles and correct posture!

I just love it!
I know that I can really beat the bus if I want by giving my maximum, but I like to look more into efficiency then brutal force :)
Imagine, only 272Kcal!!! Its better that speed increase, although I manage to increase it as well :)))))))))))))))))

on the way back
Today it was raining on both ways but on the way back I really got some problems with it. And I could not focus well as before....
Anyway, 22min with all that shity weather it is still an OK time. We can clearly see that I did not squeeze my heart to the 79~80% as before!

Next time...

Well, what is impressive for me is the fact to increase the cadence and to keep a same level of heart rate and of course finally raising the speed ! I can't control this when I'm running, I so jalous !!! But I'm wondering why it wasn't your natural way to ride before ? It's weird, I mean without monitoring you ride naturally more strong ! Therefore the monitor is really helpful for better performances. After that it will probably be your natural way to ride... more efficient !(your body will learn it, even without monitor, no ?!)
You increased the cadence but you have the same average pace ~184r/km ! It means you managed to get a good balance between strength and cadence... lol I like this kind of explanation !

oh... it definitely does influences your brain. The use of a computer shapes your behavior of course. Thats the whole point of it I think.
"a good balance between strength and cadence"
...like in any other thing in life, its very good to be in the "present" once you're cycling. Once my mind travels to the future I find myself consuming much more energy than needed!
I am afraid to tell you my friend but you have to buy a computer as well :p
